‘The Real Housewives of Orange County’ Vicki Gunvalson Regrets Plastic Surgery

But she’s not swearing off going under the knife.

The Real Housewives franchise series is well-known for its lavish lifestyles and constant cat fights. But it’s probably as famous—if not more so—for all the plastic surgery procedures its cast members have undergone. From Botox Cosmetic and fillers to boob jobs and facelifts, there probably isn’t a procedure the Housewives haven’t tried at least once. And while some are happy with their results and speak about them openly, others wish they hadn’t done it.

For The Real Housewives of Orange County star Vicki Gunvalson, despite all the procedures she’s done over the years, there are two she regrets having done: her nose and her chin. About two weeks before the cast was set to start filming the eighth season (about four years ago) of the hit series, Gunvalson tells PeopleStyle: “I thought we were going to have a break of two to three months and all of a sudden cameras were up and I was like a moon face. I was so swollen and I couldn’t move my mouth and it was totally embarrassing. And that’s forever on DVDs for the rest of my life so I regret doing that surgery right before we started filming.”

No stranger to surgery (she’s also had her breasts and eyes done in addition to her chin and nose), Gunvalson compares plastic surgery to the upkeep on a house. “I think people do plastic surgery [because] it’s just like painting a house; sometimes things fall apart and you need to fix them.”

But just because she wishes she didn’t have surgery right before the start of filming, doesn’t mean she won’t go under the knife again. Next, she wants to do her neck. “I feel like I need to get my neck done now. My neck is getting old. I don’t like my neck.”

Just make sure you check with your production schedule first, Vicki, so you don’t have a repeat of the problem again.
