If your inbox looks anything like mine right now, it’s a blur of holiday countdowns and gift guides. But one stood out to me among the hundreds: Allergan Aesthetics just announced that Botox Cosmetic Day 2026 is Wednesday, November 18, now in its eighth year.
Ahead, how the savings work, how to find an injector and your other options.
So, what's the Botox Cosmetic Day deal?
Starting at 9 a.m. PT (noon ET) on Nov. 18, while supplies last, Allē (Allergan’s loyalty program) members who buy a $50 Allē gift card get a second one free. Both can be redeemed only for future Botox Cosmetic treatments at participating providers. Members who refer a friend in November also get $50 off a qualifying Allē treatment, and so does the friend, as long as they join Allē and get treated between Nov. 1 and 30 (limit one referral offer per member; full terms are in the Allē app).
Since the offer is for Allē members, we suggest joining before the 18th rather than on the day. Better yet, set a reminder for the start time and check that your injector participates before you buy. You don’t need to book a treatment for that day, but it’s a good excuse to schedule a consultation if you’ve been putting one off.
Don’t have an injector yet?
Fear not! Start with the Allē app or website to look for participating providers near you, then check each practice’s credentials. Your best bet is looking for board-certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon.
Many practices offer a consultation before treatment, which is a good chance to ask how long they’ve been injecting, which neurotoxin they use and what a treatment would cost. Our guide to finding the right injector can help you narrow it down, too.
Your neurotoxin options
Quick refresher: Neurotoxins are injectables that temporarily relax the muscles behind expression lines. Botox Cosmetic is the star of this holiday, but it’s far from the only FDA-approved option, even though the name is often used as a catchall for the whole category. The others to know are Xeomin, Dysport, Daxxify, Jeuveau and Letybo. They all work in a similar way, with differences in things like formulation and how long results last, so ask your injector which one is right for you.
