I wake up between 7-8 a.m. For breakfast, I drink coconut water and herbal teas and like to have fresh fruit with different types of grains like oatmeal or buckwheat. Depending on how much time I have, I can get ready in 20 minutes or it can take a couple hours if I have endless time.
