We're constantly refreshing our favorite manicurists' Instagram pages, notifications on, ready to catch the next A-lister's appointment. This summer has been especially exciting, with a generous mix of minimalist and maximalist manicures starring intricate nail art and chic, solid colors. The latest to catch our eye is Heidi Klum, who recently enlisted celebrity nail artist Tom Bachik for the perfect summer red manicure and pedicure.
Bachik shared a video of Klum and her freshly painted red nails to his Instagram grid. In the clip, she appears to have long, stiletto-shaped acrylics, similar to the shape and length she debuted just days ago with a bright pink Barbiecore manicure. In the caption of her most recent hot red nails, the manicurist wrote, "Lady in red @heidiklum ❤️😍 Using ‘Love’ by @miasecret for the perfect hot red."
Red nails are trending for summer
You can't go wrong with red nails any time of year, but it's especially having a moment right now. Speaking to NewBeauty about the top nail colors for July, Mazz Hanna, the CEO of Nailing Hollywood, deemed a "classic red" among the best choices. “Red is a classic, bold color that grabs attention,” she said. “It’s perfect for making a statement and making your nails the center of attention. Red embodies the warmth and vibrancy of July’s summer weather."

Zendaya is also a fan of red nails for summer
Zendaya recently got a similar red manicure courtesy of nail artist Marina Dobic. Instead of a stiletto shape, she went with square-shaped nails, which is among one of the popular nail styles right now, per recent data from the beauty and wellness marketplace Fresha.
