Launch List: The Best Body Care Launching in November

Touchland x SMILEY Power Mist ($10)

Smiley faces are everywhere right now! Fashion, accessories, beauty products, this hand sanitizer, you name it, and I’m here for it. This limited-edition collab is one of my favorites this season because it’s a fun spin on a necessity we all need to get us through these flu-ridden months.

And Touchland isn’t just slapping Smiley on one of its existing scents; they’ve created an entirely new one, Mango Passion, which smells absolutely divine. It’s vegan, it’s moisturizing, it’s not sticky, and it just makes me happy. It’s also the perfect stocking stuffer!

Oui the People ALL IN ALL Melting Body Balm ($95)

Though it won’t ship until early December, you can now pre-order this ultra-luxe body balm, infused with sea fennel extract, which has retinol-like effects that seriously improve skin tone and texture over time. You can use it anywhere on your body that feels rough or dry, especially your feet (put this on before bed and lock it in with socks)—it’s also great for hydrating and nourishing areas with stretch marks.

Other key ingredients include Northern truffle mushroom, which prevents irritation and keeps skin balanced, gotu kola and mulberry leaf for improved skin elasticity and hydrating shea butter. It’s truly indulgent and one of those products you’ll be glad you have on hand as we head into freezing temperatures.

eos Shea Better Fresh & Cozy Body Lotion ($10)

I’m a sucker for anything that says “cozy,” and this new body lotion is no exception. Joining the brand’s beloved Shea Better lineup is this super hydrating, yet lightweight formula infused with shea butter and seven nourishing oils. The scent is fresh but not overpowering—think fruity-floral cassis and sheer musk—and your skin feels soft, not greasy.

Perhaps my favorite part of eos’s Shea Better collection is its mission, hence the name: In partnership with the Global Shea Alliance, USAID and its supply chain, the brand is committed to making a positive impact on the communities in West Africa from which they source their shea butter. Since 2019, they’ve improved the lives of so many shea harvesters, and they continue to build on the program every year.

Kate McLeod The Pebble ($48 for 20 pebbles)

We are loving what Kate McLeod is doing with her innovative solid skin-care formulas, and this new launch ups the ante. A bath and shower oil in a tiny “pebble”—it looks like a little morsel of white chocolate—this deep-conditioning treatment is not only way more eco-friendly than liquid, water-based products in plastic bottles (it’s refillable too), but also incredibly nourishing on the skin. Key ingredients include cocoa butter and jojoba, baobab and kukui nut oils, which give the skin a silky feel.

It comes in four scents—Rose, Lavender, Eucalyptus and Hinoki (woody-citrus)—that fill the tub with aromatherapeutic benefits, and you can also take one into the shower and use it all over like you would bar soap.

Comfort Zone Sublime Skin Neck & Décolleté Fluid ($74)

Our poor necks: They see all these gorgeous skin-care products being massaged into our faces day in and day out, and most of the time, they don’t get the same love. But when you find that quick-absorbing neck cream that doesn’t make your hair stick (the worst), it’s actually a pleasure to use, and so you will.

This lightweight fluid sinks right in, going to work quickly to help smooth horizontal lines and wrinkles, and all using 98.8-percent naturally derived ingredients. Two standouts: jojoba seed extract and anti-aging Achillea Millefolium extract from regenerative agriculture, which help moisturize and firm the skin.

Emilie Heathe Fragrance Free Hand Cream ($45)

It’s that time of year: For many of us, we wake up one fall morning and our hands feel desert-dry, like the life has been sucked right out of them. Slather on this rich, yet quick-absorbing cream for a major pick-me-up—think baby-soft and youthful-looking hands—thanks to nourishing ingredients like rice bran, sunflower seed and aloe.

“Like every product in our line, this hand cream highlights Asian ingredients like oils and extracts from sea buckthorn berry, ginseng, white tea and rice,” says founder and CEO Emily H. Rudman. “Not only do these homage to my Korean heritage, but they are powerful antioxidants that nourish, soothe, and protect the skin.”

Mazz Hanna Detox Bath Tea ($29 for two sachets)

There aren’t many things that feel better after a long day than a long, warm bath. Am I right? Pop one of these sachets into your steamy tub, put your feet up, maybe take a sip of wine, and then take a deep breath. Your bath will quickly smell like a spa: peppermint, lavender and citrus help your mind drift off to a stress-free place. Hemp flower and magnesium soothe sore muscles and prep you for a good night’s rest. I’m feeling relaxed just writing this.

Pro tip: Mazz says you can also rub the sachet across your skin (gently) for a little big of exfoliation and skin softening.

NakedPoppy Radiance Body Oil ($58, launching November 11)

Loaded with plant oils sourced from sustainable farms—olive-derived squalene from Spain, jojoba from Peru and organic sesame from Mexico—this nutrient-dense moisturizer quenches dry, thirsty skin. It also has a nice fruity-citrusy scent courtesy of bergamot and ginger essentials oils. The ingredient mix goes beyond solely offering moisture benefits as well: The brand claims it helps promote skin elasticity, too, which is something we lose naturally with age.

PRIORI UNVEILED Neck and Décolleté ($429)

We’re big fans of the brand’s UNVEILED Face Mask—it won our 2021 NewBeauty Innovation Award—and this harnesses the same technology and delivery system, but for the neck and décolleté. It’s made of flexible silicone that rests up against your skin to send temperature-controlled red and near-infrared LED light into the skin in one 10-minute session per day.

In clinical testing, after five treatments per week for six weeks, 89 percent of participants reported improvement in aspects of wrinkles, 83 percent reported improvement in pigmentation and 74 percent reported improvement in skin texture. Also, how cute is the necklace design on the mask?

Elemis Mayfair No.9 Hand & Body Wash ($38)

If you love the smell of the brand’s best-selling Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm, this new hand and body wash boasts the same scent, which is Elemis’s signature fragrance called Mayfair No.9. Named after the brand’s House of Elemis store in London, the spa-like scent is a mix of nine essential oils, including lavender, geranium and eucalyptus.

Keep it by your sink or in your shower and indulge in the sudsy (but not stripping) gel cleanser made with birch sap water, elderflower hydrolat and echinacea extract, which help hydrate and soften skin. The bottle is made from 96-percent recycled plastic, and the brand says refill options are coming soon!
