Let's Just Get to the Point:
These ridiculously cute masks win in the design department, while delivering some hard-hitting, skin-glowing goodness.

If You Want to Know More:
I just got back from Cosmoprof in Las Vegas and it was a whirlwind of all things beauty (more on that later)—rows and rows of beauty products, vendors, samples, makeup, hair, the works!

There was also a swirling cloud of that somewhat-stale, somewhat-smoky desert Vegas casino air swirling about and, by the time I crawled out of the vortex, my skin was showing it.

Luckily, I remembered the fun-looking Raw Juice Cleanse Mask Set ($30 for five) from Elina Skin I had stashed in my carry-on. Co-founder Elina Hsueh isn't brand-new to the beauty game, but the way she's merging juice cleansing and masking is pretty innovative. After struggling with stomach ulcers for many years, she cleaned up her routine (as in the beauty, diet, exercise trifecta) and then started the line, which is manufactured in Korea, with her boyfriend, John.

The main inspiration: The raw juices she credits to helping her kickstart her health journey.

Her story is solid and so is the skin care. The masks are clean, vegan, organic and even the mask pouch is recyclable, but it's the vitamin- and antioxidant-packed essences inside that really show off. Each one has a different benefit and ingredient lineup (and with names like Green Reset and Pineapple Bliss, they just sound yummy) and Hsueh recommends using them in a similar way to how you'd do a juice cleanse—aka, one a day—to target whatever ails you.

The verdict: My Vegas-worn complexion is sold on the Strawberries&Cream mask—a mix of strawberry extracts, vanilla bean, coconut and almond milk—that didn't further put my sensitive skin into a funk. After using it once, my skin felt hydrated and nourished and I especially like how lightweight the formula is. Post-casino skin never looked so good!
