The Golden Globes was filled with unity, stunning black dresses and an Oprah speech for the books, but some celebrities, like Olivia Munn, were missing from the scene, thanks to the same flu we all seem to be playing a game of cat and mouse with.

Fast forward to tonight’s SAG awards, the 37-year-old actress is back to stunning on the red carpet. When asked if she had found any remedies for fighting off the sickness, she joked that her mother thinks Advil will cure anything— “It didn’t work,” she said, laughing—but that she has been taking shots of apple cider vinegar every morning and night.

Munn, who sported a fresh-face of makeup with help from La Mer Soft Fluid Long Wear Foundation ($110) and Chanel Lip Pigment in Rosa Tempura (which Patrick Ta also doubled as her blush), explained that taking apple cider vinegar twice a day helps her ward off sickness, keep her immune system strong and slim her down—especially after a night filled with her weakness: rocky road ice cream. According to experts, ACV has been proven to aid in fat loss. As she explains to E! News, she always tells herself that she's, "an actress, not a model," to keep herself sane, but based on how incredible she looked tonight, we can barely tell a difference.

The real culprit is carbohydrates. Cut your sugar and your fats, and you should be just fine. The other problem is the urge to eat, which is brought on by stress. So, you need to calm down, eat lots of protein and vegetables. The best way I've found to do that is with tea. But not just any tea, African red tea detox. http://bit.ly/2DcwEdo This should calm you down when you're busy at work. Instead of reaching for a donut or a coffee break, have some tea. Learn to eat well and cut snacking by having something hot and relaxing to drink. It's more than a drink, it's a change in your lifestyle. And through that, I'm sure anyone can learn to lose weight.
