Summer is here, but your best body isn’t. Luckily, there are a ton of noninvasive options for tightening, toning and rejuvenating from head to toe and contouring specific “problem” areas—and some of them can be done rather quickly. Seattle dermatologist Jennifer Reichel, MD, gives her picks for what plagues you.
If you only have your lunch hour but are gearing up to wear a bikini very soon:
Like everything, it really depends on what you needed to target, but Dr. Reichel recommends that, if you only have an hour over lunch, look into Liposonix or Ultherapy. “These amazing ultrasonic contouring and tightening devices allow you to have a treatment and return to work. You can achieve a flatter stomach, smoother décolleté or decreased love handles.”

If you’ve been working out a ton but still have love handles you can’t get rid of:
Dr. Reichel’s pick: Minimally invasive liposuction or perhaps a noninvasive device such as Liposonix, which uses advanced high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFUU) technology to selectively target and permanently destroy unwanted fat tissue around the waist.
If you just lost a lot of weight:
“In the case of a lot of excess skin, surgical options will likely be the best,” Dr. Reichel says.
If you just had a baby:
This is another case where one of the more traditional options (like liposuction or a tummy tuck) might be better—or, you might just need exercise and time.

If you have cellulite:
Perhaps the most common area of concern when the summer styles start rotating, it’s no secret that cellulite can be really tough to tackle.
