We've all made a questionable beauty decision or two back in our teen years. Whether it be an at-home hair cut and color, over-plucked brows or a makeshift facial, we've all done a beauty thing or two against our better judgement, even celebrities. For Beverly Hills, 90210 star Tori Spelling, her teen years saw some not-so-smart decisions when it came to plastic surgery, too, as the actress revealed on her podcast this week that she had a breast augmentation done at a local strip mall.
Tori Spelling's Plastic Surgery Past: "I can't even make this stuff up, you guys."
Tori Spelling has never been one to shy away from discussing her beauty history, but the recent episode of her misSPELLING podcast, Spelling took that candor to a whole new level. Originally responding to a comment that she looks like she got her breasts done "in the back of a van," Spelling revealed the origins of her plastic surgery journey. "Which version of them?" she responded to the comment, "I just got them done again, you guys! I think these aren't the ones either. Third time will be the charm."
But the story doesn't stop there, as Spelling went on to disclose that her first breast surgery was done in a less-than-ideal environment. "My first boob job, I had a friend at the time—it was the bad boyfriend I talk about, it was his friend's girlfriend—and she was like, ‘Oh you just have to go to this place,'" she began. "I went to this doctor and it was in a strip mall. I can't make this up. I think he was a fine doctor. It was just an outpatient surgery center in a strip mall. I was 19, so I was like ‘Uh this isn't Beverly Hills,' I was confused."
Spelling went through with the surgery, though, noting that, "I got them done and they took me home," she explained. "At the time, I was best friends with Alicia Silverstone and Carmen Electra, and they were taking care of me. I can't even make this stuff up, you guys."
