The 32-year-old stepped out at the Telluride Film Festival with what her go-to nail artist, Tom Bachik, calls “toffee nails.” The sweet name is no exaggeration—the rich caramel color does, in fact, strongly resemble the sweet treat.
For the event, the Only Murders in the Building star switched things up with coffin-shaped nails, moving away from the shorter, glossy “soap nails” she was spotted with just days earlier. As for the nail polish color, Bachik revealed the details in an Instagram caption, noting that he got the toffee-inspired look using two coats of Apres Nail’s Be Still (#408) from the brand’s Light & Shadow Spring Collection.

Though the first official day of fall is still weeks away, this isn’t Gomez’s first time flaunting an autumn-inspired manicure this year. Just a few weeks ago, her trusted nail artist, Bachik, crafted a "custom muted red" for the star, dubbing it the "apple cider red mani." Around the same time, he unveiled yet another bespoke creation for Gomez: a custom olive green shade reminiscent of the olives in a dirty martini.
