Hairstylist Dimitris Giannetos revealed on Instagram last night that he shifted Duxbury’s hair from platinum blonde to a toasted brunette. The look explores what he deems the “cacao nibs” shade. The model and beauty icon has had many bold hair statements in the past, but fans are raving about this one in particular. “This look is everything we needed,” a fan commented on Giannetos’s Instagram reveal.
As the temperature drops, many opt for a darker hair color to adapt to the dim palette as natural hair darkens due to a shivering lack of sun exposure. Duxbury took the change of season into her own hands by adding warmth to her darker choices, transitioning gracefully to the dark side with her debut on TikTok. “She’s officially a brunette,” Duxbury wrote in her caption. But, brunette is an understatement for the creamy caramel undertones of this cacao nibs color.
