Now we’re hungry again.

The before-and-after images that trainer Kayla Itsines posts on social media are pretty mind-blowing. In fact, they’re so transformative that they even made me curious to try out her Sweat with Kayla app (I’m about four months into the program) and I’m starting to see some pretty good results. But if you ever caught a glimpse of the Itsines’s body, then you—like us—probably want to know exactly what she eats day in and day out. And now we have some answers.

Itsines recently divulged her daily go-to breakfast to Boston Magazine, and it sounds pretty good! Sticking with the trend of being healthy, the 25-year-old eats two pieces of fiber-rich rye toast with two scrambled eggs with kale and sumac spice. No stranger to caffeine, she drinks either a shot of espresso or green tea with her breakfast.

“I love to have eggs for breakfast, as they are packed full of protein, which keeps me feeling full. Usually I’ll choose rye bread for my toast as well, because it has lots of fiber. This is a really easy breakfast to make, and it tastes fantastic,” Itsines said in the interview.
