Being transparent isn’t a requirement for fame, but some stars are open about their cosmetic procedures—including breast implants—anyway. Even though we’ve moved past a lot of the old stigmas surrounding A-listers getting “work” done, you’d be surprised by how many in the celebrity world still avoid admitting to things like boob jobs. For stars like Kylie Jenner and Gisele Bündchen, though, there’s nothing wrong with being upfront about getting a little—or big—boost.

Nicole 'Snooki’ Polizzi

When the reality star first opened up about getting breast implants in 2016 after having two children, she called her procedure a “little mommy makeover.” In 2026, the Jersey Shore star revisited her plastic surgery experience on Kristin Cavallari’s Let’s Be Honest podcast, recalling how intense the recovery felt at first.

“I woke up and it was like a dump truck on my [chest],” she said, adding that she “couldn’t breathe” and was “freaking out.” Despite the rough start, Polizzi said she would consider another augmentation in the future, as her implants are now more than a decade old.

Brittany Cartwright

In 2025, The Valley star Brittany Cartwright revealed she underwent a mommy makeover that included abdominal reconstruction, liposuction, a tummy tuck, a breast lift and replacing her 10-year-old implants with a smaller size. Cartwright said the surgery helped address diastasis recti and body changes after having her son, Cruz. “I did this for me. It was about my confidence,” she shared on her When Reality Hits podcast. “I wanted to feel as good on the outside as I feel on the inside.”

Kendra Wilkinson

The Girls Next Door star has been open about getting breast implants at 18, long before becoming a household name in the early 2000s. In 2026, Wilkinson defended her implants after online commenters criticized them during her weight-loss journey, with some suggesting they made her look heavier. She pushed back on Instagram, joking that critics could help fund a reduction if they had so many opinions. She also said the implants helped her feel more feminine at the time, calling them the “best investment” of her life.

While she didn’t exactly follow the rules of the game, the model and TV personality won fans over with her candid confession.

“It’s the truth,” Teigen told Andy Cohen. “I’ve had a lift, put them in, taken them out. I don’t like them out,” she added.

Fox also addressed common rumors about her appearance, clarifying, “I’ve never had a facelift of any kind.” However, she admitted there’s one surgery she would consider if she could: “If I could, I would. I don’t have the extra body fat,” she said about a Brazilian Butt Lift.

Reflecting on the decision, she expressed regret, saying, “I just wish I never got them done to begin with.” She also recommended waiting until after having children before undergoing a breast augmentation.

Additionally, with a viral comment responding to a TikTok asking for her exact “order,” Jenner helped spark a wave of transparency among celebrities and influencers. “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle,” she wrote. “Silicone!!! Garth Fisher!!! Hope this helps lol.”

Addressing questions about her implant size, she reminded followers that body shape plays a role: “Everyone’s body is different.”

Later, inspired by Kylie Jenner’s viral “order” post, Earle shared even more specifics: “275 cc in one, 295 cc in another. Saline under the muscle, Dr. Hidalgo, NYC (kind of wish I did silicone though). Went through armpit for incision. ILY.”

For reference, I am five eight and a half, and I am 100 and like, 27 pounds…my boobs, I feel like, made me feel bigger.”
