Gourmand Fragrances
Gourmand scents have been climbing in interest this winter season, and data predicts that we’ll see this carry into the new year in a big way. Overall search for gourmand fragrances is predicted to increase by 33.9 percent. Within the category, caramel perfume is expected to see the biggest jump, with an over 42 percent increase. Other gourmand scents predicted to trend include marshmallow perfume and vanilla perfume.

Smaller Formats
The data indicates that we may see more interest in various ways of buying fragrances. Searches for travel perfume and perfume discovery sets are predicted to jump over 32 percent, indicating interest in smaller bottles of scents. Additionally, oil-based perfume is slated to gain traction with a 27.8 percent increase in searches.

Watermelon Perfume
One of the biggest predicted fragrance trends of 2025 is watermelon perfume, with data suggesting a 61.7 percent increase in searches for the fruity scent. We’re hoping to see some exciting new watermelon perfume launches in the new year.

Matcha Perfume
