The weeks following New Year’s Day is a criminally under-appreciated time of steep discounts, so if you didn’t get exactly what you wished for over the holidays, this is the time to exchange or snag what you really wanted and then some. To that end, we scoured several retailers and perused the beauty section to see exactly what’s still marked down, by how much and for how long. Amazon’s Winter Sale is still live across all categories with limited-edition deals up to 40 percent off. Over in Beauty, we spied products from luxury skin brand Kiehl’s, French pharmacy staple Avène and the favorite makeup brand of fiftysomethings, Laura Geller Beauty all included.
Nordstrom
Nordstrom’s Half-Yearly Sale lasts through January 6. Before it ends, be sure to grab your favorites from designer beauty brands like Tom Form, MAC, Bobbi Brown, Westman Atelier and more.
Sephora
Through January 5, Sephora is offering in-store and online discounts of up to 50 percent off select beauty products. I spied editor-loved brands like Crown Affair and Melt Cosmetics, plus tons of Pat McGrath Labs goodies, aka Taylor Swift’s go-to makeup during the entirety of the Eras Tour.
Anthropologie
Anthropologies End-of-the-Year Sale is insanely good—you get an additional 50 percent off all sale items. That includes non-beauty items too, but we couldn’t let you scroll past Le Mini Macaron Nail Lacquers, beloved K-beauty brand Kaja and a delicious lavender perfume.
Shopbop
I always like to check out the sale section on Shopbop because it rarely disappoints. True to form, a rich moisturizer from the Hailey Bieber-loved skin-care brand, BeautyStat, is currently included, not to mention a hydrating body cream I know I need for winter and a multi-use contour stick that’ll help me look snatched in seconds.
Revolve
If you didn’t already know, Revolve has every beauty product you could ever want; several may even be on sale. I spotted brands like RéVive, Kjær Weis, Grown Alchemist, Dr. Barbara Sturm, Tarte and more among thousands of marked-down beauty products.
