We can’t stop talking about Paris Hilton lately. Just last week, she announced the launch of a new skin-care brand under her company, 11:11 Media. With the launch planned for Spring 2025—among other exciting endeavors—the entrepreneur has busy busy doing press, recently sitting down on the “Zach Sang Show” podcast. During the conversation, she discussed everything from her mission to empower survivors of the Troubled Teen Industry to her ADHD diagnosis, which she received in her “late 20s” and how she’s evolved over the years. Naturally, she also spilled the details behind her skin-care routine—and since we’re a beauty magazine, that’s exactly where we’re diving in.

In the final moments of the podcast, Sang casually asked Hilton, “You’re aging backwards, yeah?” Hilton jokingly replied, “Thank you, it’s Benjamin Button.” While she’s not exactly defying the laws of aging like Brad Pitt in the 2008 film, she’s also apparently not relying on procedures. “I feel really proud that I’m all natural,” Hilton said. “I’ve stayed out of the sun. I’ve never done any Botox, injectables, no surgery, nothing.”

Hilton also shared the beauty advice her mother gave her at a young age. “My mom told me when I was eight years old, ‘Paris, stay out of the sun,’ and then she taught me this amazing 10-step skincare routine. So I’ve literally been doing that since [I was] eight. I’ve also built a spa in my house called the Sliving Spa and it has the most epic LED lights, Hydrafacial machines, a hyperbaric chamber, cryotherapy—it’s basically, like, a real spa.” Paris, can we book an appointment?
