If there’s one thing Julia Fox is not afraid to do, it’s speak her mind. Between the social-media sensation’s Instagram stories, TikToks and more we can always count on the star to never hold back when there’s something pressing on her mind. After making waves in recent months with her progressive, anti-“anti-aging” point of view, Fox recently got real about cosmetic procedures she has in fact gotten done in the past.

Just months ago, Fox went viral on social media for making comments about how toxic she thinks the concept of anti-aging is, claiming that if she sees another product using the verbiage that she was “going to sue.” But, in an interview with Elle this week, Fox remained true to her candid spirit and opened up about procedures she’s gotten in the past to spruce up her look. Commenting further on her perspective about aging, the star revealed to the magazine that she has, in fact, used Botox Cosmetic and gotten liposuction once and might even do it again, just not now. “I’m, like, saggy—like, things are not sitting the way they used to,” she begins, “but it’s like, I am not gonna do a damn thing about it.”

Most recently, Fox has been immensely passionate on social media about the fact that she is not interested in appealing to the unachievable and often sexist standards set forth for women by posting video tutorials on her intentionally “man-repellent” bleached brows, expressing discontent for states offering tax breaks on male hair-loss products but not menstrual products and more. Nevertheless, this latest revelation about Fox’s cosmetic treatment past and her present lack of desire to go back only further proves to us all that we can always count on the star to keep it real and practice what she preaches.
