We’ve always known Jennifer Lopez is incredibly fit, after all, one look at her Instagram account will reveal that she has rock hard abs and frequently attends lengthy gym sessions. However, we hadn’t realized just how strong her upper body was until she showed off her shoulders and biceps that could put most men to shame.

In a recent Instagram post, J.Lo flexed while wearing a red gown. “Feeling like superwoman after the show tonight!” she wrote on the post. “When I started this run I thought omg 15 shows in 27 days that’s a lot… but I made a promise to myself that instead of letting it wear me down I would be even stronger at the end of it…I will work out and be in the best shape of my life.”
Clearly Lopez’s workouts have been working for her, and luckily for us she’s been pretty candid about her exercise routine in the past. According to her trainer, Lopez uses side planks to chisel her waist and platypus walks to tone up her buttocks. Although, considering how toned the megastar is, it’s pretty obvious she hits the gym for much more than just these two workouts (but they’re certainly a good start for the rest of us!). At 49-years-old, Lopez isn’t just in shape, she’s bordering athlete-level of fitness, and we couldn’t be more impressed.
