Bieber’s new hair color features slightly darker roots that blend into lighter tones, creating a soft, dimensional finish. It’s giving us “old money blonde” vibes, a trend hairstylist and color expert Kelly Novobielski recently told NewBeauty she expects to be huge this fall. “With fall coming and summer ending, a lot of blondes are shifting to old money blonde, which is more lived-in and low-maintenance,” she explained. “The shade features a more natural root that melts into a multidimensional shade.”
