Just look at Gigi Hadid’s new retro-flipped bob, which her hairstylist recently debuted on his Instagram grid. With the 29-year-old supermodel and Guest in Residence founder’s undeniable influence, this hairstyle’s resurgence is all but guaranteed.
Hadid’s hairstylist, Dimitris Giannetos shared the glamorous photo of his client with his 1.2 million Instagram followers. In the pic, she sports a deep side part with polished volume, super-smooth texture, and as promised, vintage-inspired, flipped ends. “F•O•B (aka flipped bob) for Beautiful @gigihadid at the new campaign of @guestinresidence,” the hairstylist captioned the pic. Unsurprisingly, the look garnered plenty of praise, including one fan who called it, “art.” (Worth noting: We couldn’t agree more.)

Just days ago, Kim Kardashian debuted a similar chin-length cut, courtesy of her go-to stylist, Chris Appleton. Like Hadid, she wore hers with a deep side part and subtle flipped-out ends. Appleton revealed on Instagram that they chopped seven inches off Kardashian’s hair (yes, it’s not a wig) and took inspiration from Tom Ford’s Gucci era in ‘96.
