A seven-day-a-week personal trainer and an in-house chef can definitely facilitate a standout bod, but sometimes even the most toned celebrities need a little help from nylon shapewear. While a number have been vocal about their relationship with the popular line-smoothers, Jennifer Garner is the latest to grace the red carpet with a pair on, and then take to Instagram to let fans know.
Like many stars do, Garner shared a photo of her Roland Mouret gown and gorgeous hair and makeup before leaving for the the Baby2Baby Gala honoring Gwyneth Paltrow, including the names of her glam team, but the caption was a bit more entertaining than most.

“Styling: @jillandjordan; Support: @spanx,” she wrote, as fans almost instantly shared their appreciation of her transparency in the comments. And we can’t blame them—we can use a lot more honesty from our favorite names in Hollywood. But for now, we’ll take solace in knowing everyone needs help keeping everything in place.
