You wouldn’t think prison would be the place to drop some major weight, but for Dance Moms star Abby Lee Miller, it is.
Miller recently took to Instagram to give an update on her health and posted a picture (see image here) with some visitors in which she looks noticeably slimmer. The photo was captioned with the following:
“My world flipped upside down when I had to enter prison. I did so with grace, the stories you read about me been a princess are untrue. I have made friends with both inmates and staff, I’ve tried to better myself, participated in anything offered to me and I am a better person for this experience.”

Prior to entering prison six months ago, Miller underwent gastric bypass surgery, which jumpstarted her massive weight loss. Since losing the weight, Miller has gone on the record to say she plans to have plastic surgery, including a tummy tuck and breast lift, once she gets out of jail.
