The Best New Fragrances in May, From Huda Beauty’s Easy Bake EDP to NOYZ’s Ella Langley Collab

As we inch closer to Memorial Day (aka the unofficial kickoff to summer Fridays and vacations), the floral fragrance trend for spring is beginning to lean much fruitier. Sophisticated fruity-floral scents are a big theme this month, and, like April, we’re again surprised by the lower number of gourmand launches. Still, there’s a new perfume for every nose, whether you prefer something crisp and light, deep and indulgent or are on the hunt for a new signature scent.

Below, see our list of the best new fragrances for May, each ready to shift your mood or express your personal style with a quick spritz.

The Best New Fragrances to Shop in May 2026

Huda Beauty Easy Bake Intense Eau de Parfum ($79, launching May 28)

Huda Beauty’s first-ever fragrance is an ode to its fan-favorite Easy Bake Setting Powder ($39), known for its distinct floral-musk scent. According to the brand, it took more than 100 iterations to get the floral-gourmand scent right, created in collaboration with perfumer Hamid Merati-Kashani of dsm-firmenich. “I wanted [it] to feel rich, sexy and intense,” says founder Huda Kattan. “Because when it’s truly you, it’s never too much.”

Top notes include wild cherry; the heart includes white florals, cinnamon bark and caramel milk; and the base is deep vanilla bourbon.

NEST New York Maui Mango Perfume Oil ($102)

This fruity-floral fragrance is a luxurious summer vacation in a bottle. More concentrated than a spray and infused with baobab oil to nourish the skin, this perfume oil is one you’ll be reaching for all summer long. Key notes include Maui mango, sparkling star fruit, frangipani and vanilla orchid. Dab it on your pulse points, close your eyes and you’re instantly somewhere warm and beachy—Maui, Cayman, Cabo, you name it.

3 / 8

Vince Camuto Wonderbloom Bliss Eau de Parfum ($108)

An amber-floral twist on the brand’s signature Wonderbloom fragrance, this fruity-floral scent is perfect for the spring and summer months, and Ava Phillippe—Reese Witherspoon’s daughter—is a fitting global brand ambassador.

“Creating Wonderbloom Bliss was about capturing wild meadow blooms with this deep, golden amber foundation,” says perfumer Clément Gavarry. “I wanted something that matched a woman’s confident energy: rich warmth supporting passionate florals. It’s untamed beauty with refined depth—the kind of fragrance that amplifies your natural aura.”

Top notes include orange blossom water, lychee and water jasmine; the heart features jasmine petals, freesia and orchid; and the drydown brings together sandalwood, vibrant woods and musks.

4 / 8

NOYZ Be Her Eau de Parfum ($85)

A special collab with singer-songwriter Ella Langley (anyone else have “Choosin’ Texas” on repeat lately?), this warm, rich floral is gender-neutral, vegan and unique. Top notes include violet, lotus flower and bergamot; the heart features peony, tobacco accord and honey accord; and the base is a mix of cashmere woods, musk, tonka bean and salted amber.

“Partnering with NOYZ to develop a custom fragrance feels like an extension of the same storytelling I chase in my music: layered, authentic and intentional,” says Langley. “Every fragrance note has a purpose, originates from a memory and the entire process translates something intangible into a fragrance that people can carry with them.”

5 / 8

Floraïku Paris Flying South Eau de Parfum ($375)

Inspired by the idea of an endless summer, this sun-drenched scent is infused with makuwa melon, hibiscus and musks—the kind of blend that makes you want to keep smelling your wrist all day.

“Flying South reveals a juicy, radiant freshness, like a sun-kissed fruit native to South Asia,” says perfumer Mylène Alran. “Ambrette seeds enhance the floral notes of hibiscus through delicate nuances. In the base, gourmand musks enhance the addiction, leaving a velvety and captivating trail.” Plus, the bottle is absolutely stunning.

6 / 8

Le Monde Gourmand Tomate Bébé Eau de Parfum ($30)

Calling all pizza lovers: This fun, unexpected and limited-edition collaboration with iconic Los Angeles restaurant Jon & Vinny’s adds a savory scent to your collection (there’s also a candle). “It’s a feast for the senses,” says the brand. Top notes include juniper berries, fennel, bergamot and lemon verbena; the middle notes are a mix of garden basil, tomato leaf and rum SFE; and the base notes are green bell pepper, Ambrox, guaiac wood, coumarin and caramel.

7 / 8

Sand + Fog Banana Blossom Perfume Oil ($25)

Lush and feminine, this long-lasting, fruity-floral perfume oil “feels like golden hour in paradise” and a “sun-drenched, tropical garden,” says the brand of the alcohol-free formula. It’s playful and sweet, but also sophisticated. Top notes include bergamot and fresh banana; the heart features coconut, jasmine and apple; and the warm base is sandalwood, vanilla, musk, benzoin and cedarwood.

8 / 8

Ferragamo Parfums Fiamma Assoluta Eau de Parfum ($140)

“A summer sunset in Italy, bottled” is how Ferragamo describes this amber-floral fragrance, which represents “a new olfactory chapter that expands the Fiamma universe.” Top notes are bergamot and mandarin; the heart features orange flower, jasmine sambac and peony blossom; and the base notes are amber, crystal moss, vanilla, tonka and ambrette.
