The Real Housewives franchise seems to be an ongoing PSA for plastic surgery—it seems like nothing is off limits. And now, another housewife is coming clean, saying she, too, went under the knife to look younger—just two weeks ago. Tamra Judge, 49, recently opened up to Bravo TV host Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live, saying it was her 10-year anniversary of the show and she wanted a “little refresh,” so she had her eyes, neck and lower face done. “I call it a comeback. I don’t call it a face[lift],” she said. “It’s a mini.”

Due to an overwhelming amount of comments on her social media feeds, The Real Housewives of Orange County star posted this picture yesterday, with a candid caption explaining her decision to undergo surgery and her recovery process. As she writes, this is her reason for speaking out: “I’m open and honest about it because I want women to know that everyone gets old even people on TV and there is nothing wrong with growing old gracefully if that’s what you want…… It’s jut not for me! I like to keep it real!”

To fix her skin that had become “droopy” as she lost weight during her intense bodybuilding regimen, Judge told Cohen she’d rather tighten her face with surgery than use fillers to plump it. “I’m not a big fan of the fillers because I feel like you look like a Cabbage Patch Kid, so I say pull it, don’t plump it!”
The results, after just two weeks, are impressive. Judge’s new look, seen below, received more than 70,000 likes on Instagram and rave reviews from fans saying things like, “You look great!” and “You’re so gorgeous!”
