Starbucks took the world by storm today, introducing three new Valentine’s day–themed drinks that are only available for a super-limited time through February 14.

To say the trio is “chocolatey” is a total understatement. There’s the Molten Chocolate Latte, a chocolate chip–melted espresso concoction that’s topped with steamed milk and combined and mocha sauce. The Molten Chocolate Frappuccino Blended Beverage, coffee mixed with mocha sauce and chocolate chips, then blended with milk and ice. Then the non-coffee option, Molten Hot Chocolate, which features bittersweet mocha sauce and chocolaty chips melted into steamed milk. All three beverages are topped off with mocha and espresso-infused whipped cream and espresso mocha drizzle.

The sugary drinks are enough to get anyone’s sweet tooth water, but, as expected, there’s one pretty big downside: The calorie count. If you get whole milk and the whipped cream in the Venti Molten Chocolate Latte, it’s going to ring you up a whooping 600 calories, with 260 of those calories being from fat.

But the nutrition fact that’s really far-out? The total saturated fat of that same drink hits 90 percent of your daily value (if you get 2% milk, it comes in at a slightly lower 80 percent; nonfat gets you down to 55 percent). If you downsize for a Grande size, it will help, but it will still hit 65 percent of your saturated fat for the day.

To put it in perspective: A Big Mac from McDonald’s only hits 50 percent of your daily saturated fat.
