And just like that summer is (unofficially) over. Labor Day has come and gone, school is back in session and there's even a slight chill in the air. In other words, hello, September. This month starts a fall frenzy for many (the pumpkin spice lattes have already taken over my Instagram feed), but I am not quite ready to leave summer behind. As long as the sun is shining and the temperatures don't require any type of outerwear, I'll be staying firmly in the summer season, including wearing my summer beauty products as long as possible. What were some of the most popular items among NewBeauty readers in August? From a plastic surgeon-approved skin mist that's perfect for dryness, rosacea and post-procedure sensitivity to science-backed skin-firming serums and the prettiest eyeshadow palette to wear all year round, keep reading to see what fellow beauty enthusiasts scooped up with fervor during the waning weeks of the summer season.

Tucson, AZ plastic surgeon Raman Mahabir, MD says this plant-based exosome serum "visibly improves fine lines and wrinkles with both immediate and long-term results.”
