Love or hate Amazon Prime Day, you have to admit the event not only rivals Black Friday in its own scope, but in how it prompts other retailers to host their own Prime Day–worthy sales. With Amazon’s Big Day starting to wind down (the sale ends at midnight tonight, PST), it’s high time to check out the treasure trove of non-Amazon sales you may have overlooked.
Nordstrom Anniversary Sale
Nordstrom’s Anniversary Sale runs through August 4, but now’s the time to shop—we’ve already noticed several of our favorites have sold out. Thankfully Nordstrom is not for lacking in prestige beauty products to choose from. T3’s AireBrush, the only hair styler you really need, is over 30 percent off, and PMD’s ultra-effective facial cleansing device is now well under $100. Feeling overly shiny in this summer’s already relentless heat? Me too. Luckily, Hourglass’ talc-free and light-reflecting setting powder is on sale, with it a stunning two-sided brush. I’ll also be stocking up on Nécessaire’s The Body Wash duo set—believe me, once you feel the soft lather on your skin you’ll never use another again.
Dermstore Rewards Member Sale
Over on Dermstore, their Rewards Member Sale is still on with—but only through tonight—with up to 25 percent savings on brands like EltaMD, Stila and more. The rarely-on-sale TNS Advanced Serum from SkinMedica, a dermatologist favorite, is significantly marked down, as is the NewBeauty Award-winner for Best Lactic Acid Treatment: Sunday Riley’s Good Genes. Dermstore also has some impressive makeup discounted. Koh Gen Do’s breathable Aqua Foundation and Tarte’s Lights Camera Lashes 4-in-1 Mascara both make the list.

Target’s Circle Week sale may be over, but the retailer isn’t done yet. Various beauty deals are on through tonight, like buy three mini products and get the fourth free, up to 40 percent off select hair-care items and discounts on certain deodorants and body-care items. I was especially impressed with Target’s selection of minis. Nostalgia-inducing SPF brand Vacation, La Roche-Posay and Naturium were just a tiny few I built my cart with to access the deal.
Ulta Beauty Back to School Glow Up Event
Another member’s-only event comes from Ulta Beauty; the retailer’s Back to School sale runs until July 21. Ulta Beauty Rewards members can access the tiered savings event with a one-time code. Discounts are based on member status as follows:
