The Best Beauty Looks at the 2026 Golden Globes

The actress had heads turning on the red carpet, as she paired her white, strapless gown from bridal designer Danielle Frankel with a low ponytail, face-framing pieces and minimalist makeup, but sky-high lashes. Her Netflix hit, The Beast in Me, is nominated for "Best Television Limited Series, Anthology Series or Motion Picture Made for Television." Celebrity hairstylist Glen Coco Oropeza used Kérastase's new Gloss Absolu collection to style her bright blonde strands. Celebrity makeup artist Diane Buzzetta completed the actress's look with a body makeup to make her skin glow against her white gown. "I lightly dusted the Mia Instant Body Glow by Dolce Glow onto Brittany's already hydrated arms, back and decollete to add the perfect hint of bronzed, soft radiance. It's beautifully pigmented, gives instant glow—no self-tanner—and washes off easily after the night ends."

Ayo Edebiri

Nominated tonight for "Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series" for her role in The Bear, the actress stunned in a CHANEL gown, a curled bob with a statement bang, a nude lip and bold brows. “We got to create this movie star, Old Hollywood–moment,” Edebiri said on the E! red-carpet pre-show.

"For this evening’s makeup look, I drew inspiration from Ayo’s black CHANEL gown. Its deep, elegant hue created the perfect canvas for the plum and mauve shades in the makeup, while providing a striking contrast to the silver and emerald brooches on each shoulder," says celebrity makeup artist Ernesto Casillas, who prepped the actress's skin with CHANEL skin care, including Sublimage La Crème Texture Suprême Ultimate Cream. The chic neutral shade on Edebiri's lips: CHANEL Le Rouge Duo Ultra Tenue Ultrawear Liquid Lip Colour in Intense Nude.

For her "soft yet voluminous bob," celebrity hairstylist Jacob Dillon "started with a precision cut to shape and define the silhouette." Then he prepped her hair with Olaplex No.4 and No.5 Bond Maintenance Shampoo and Conditioner, as well as No.5 Leave-In Conditioner.

"For body and movement, I applied the Volumizing Blow Dry Mist before blow-drying, ensuring lift at the root and a polished, airy finish throughout," Dillon says. "Once the hair was fully dried, I went in to curl and refine the bob, enhancing its natural softness, while keeping the shape intentional and modern. To seal the look and add a luminous finish, I finished with No.7 Bonding Oil, locking in shine, taming flyaways and giving the bob that red-carpet gloss."

Selena Gomez

Attending with her husband Benny Blanco, the actress and singer's look was a nod to Old Hollywood glamour, and we love the bold, vampy lip created by celebrity makeup artist Hung Vanngo. To prep her skin, he used Dr. Althea products, including the best-selling 345 Relief Cream and new PDRN Reju 5000 Cream.

To style her chin-length bob, celebrity hairstylist Renato Campora used Joico products. The inspo: "A modern homage to the silver-screen sirens of the 1940s—full of glamour, precision and quiet confidence," Campora says. A large round brush shaped volume and movement, finished with a deep side part for drama. After cooling, I brushed the curls into soft, structured waves and finished with a final mist of Hold Hero."

Jennifer Garner

A presenter tonight at her first Golden Globes in 13 years, the actress wowed in a shimmering black gown, bouncy blowout and nude lip—always a classic beauty. To achieve her smooth, glamorous style, celebrity hairstylist Adir Abergel used Virtue products, including the new Strength & Shield Leave-In Conditioner and cult-classic Healing Oil.On her face, celebrity makeup artist Kara Yoshimoto Bua used CHANEL products, including Les Beiges Water Fresh Tint in Medium Plus and Rouge Coco Flash Hydrating Vibrant Shine Lip Colour in Moment.

Strapless gowns are one of the biggest fashion trends on the red carpet tonight, and Seyfried nailed her look from head to toe. Her polished, sideswept bang and low bun were the perfect match to spotlight her romantic, smoky eye, matte nude lip and bronzed cheeks.“For the Golden Globes, I wanted the hair to feel ethereal and timeless, soft yet sculpted, with a subtle nod to 1930s glamour," says celebrity hairstylist Renato Campora. "It’s all about building a flawless foundation and layering in intention, so the final look feels polished, romantic and effortlessly golden from every angle.”After giving Seyfried a smooth, glossy blowout, he created 2-inch sections of hair and "refined each panel with the ghd Chronos Max for a sleek, polished finish." Then he created a deep side part and section out a triangular section at the front for later. ​Then he set the front section with a classic Marcel wave using the ghd Chronos Curve Classic Iron, pinning each curl to cool."

Julia Roberts

Nominated for "Best Actress in a Motion Picture—Drama" for her performance in After the Hunt, the three-time Golden Globe winner captured hearts on the red carpet with her signature tousled waves, megawatt smile and black velvet Armani Privé gown."Inspired by Julia’s elegant black Armani gown, we created a timeless smoky, sexy eye with a soft pale lip," says celebrity makeup artist Genevieve Herr, who prepped the A-lister's skin with Lancôme skin care before adding the brand's color cosmetics.As a base, Herr applied Teint Idole Ultra Wear Care & Glow Serum Foundation in 230N all over the skin for a natural and glowy finish. For look-at-me lashes, Lash Idôle Flutter Extension Lengthening Mascara in Black made a lasting impression. On the lips, Herr used L’Absolu Rouge Intimatte Soft Matte Lipstick in 215 First Kiss, which she calls "the perfect light nude."

Jennifer Lopez

JLo can do no wrong on the red carpet, and this show-stopping look is case in point. Her sleek updo and high-glam makeup (we can't get over that contour courtesy of celebrity makeup artist Scott Barnes) were the perfect choice with her Jean Louis Scherrer Haute Couture gown from the 2003 archive.Celebrity hairstylist Chris Appleton says he gave the actress and singer "2000s-inspired supermodel glam—snatched, shiny and sculpted."

Tessa Thompson

Nominated for "Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Motion Picture—Drama" for her lead role in Hedda, the actress paired her strapless green Balenciaga gown with long waves, a contoured cheek and fluttery lashes.Celebrity makeup artist Alex Babsky used Sisley Paris makeup and skin-care products to create the actress's look. "A more intense, layered eye [featuring the brand's Phyto-Eye Palette in Shade 2 Bois de Rose] complemented her sequined Balenciaga gown."

Elle Fanning

The Sentimental Value star is nominated for "Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role in Any Motion Picture," which is her first Golden Globes nomination for a film. The actress's glowing, porcelain skin and peachy-pink cheek-lip combo (a blend of two different L’Oréal ParisTrue Match Super-Blendable Blushes in Innocent Flush and Apricot Kiss on the cheeks; L’Oréal Paris Colour Riche Satin Lipstick580 Peony Pink on the lips) perfectly complemented her Gucci gown and Cartier jewels.

Stunning in her custom Armani Privé gown, the Song Sung Blue actress donned a low bun and pared-back makeup, letting her radiant skin and natural beauty shine through. She is nominated tonight for "Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Motion Picture–Musical or Comedy.”Celebrity makeup artist Tonya Brewer used Charlotte Tilbury products, including the Airbrush Flawless Foundation in 5 Neutral and brand-new Airbrush Flawless Blur Concealer in 4.5 (available January 22). To give the actress's lashes some oomph, Brewer applied Lashify Amplify Premapped Gossamers.

Minnie Driver

You've seen her in the latest season of Emily in Paris and Harlan Coben's latest thriller Run Away (both on Netflix), and now she's a presenter at the Golden Globes. The actress looked stunning with a polished blowout, luminous skin and a sultry eye courtesy of celebrity hairstylist Jon Lieckfelt and celebrity makeup artist Gregory Arlt.

Jennifer Lawrence

This is a striking look for the award-winning actress, who was nominated for her role in Die My Love. The effortless hair texture (courtesy of celebrity hairstylist Gregory Russell), feminine makeup and sheer Givenchy Couture gown are all giving us serious glamour. Celebrity makeup artist Georgie Eisdell prepped the actress's skin with Dior Capture skin care and then used Dior Beauty products. Two standouts: Lawrence's dramatic lashes (Diorshow Maximizer 4D and Overvolume Mascara #090 Overblack) and the chiseled cheek with the new Forever Skin Bronze in #02 Soft Fair and Backstage Rosy Glow in #012 Rosewood.

Emily Blunt

Nominated for "Best Supporting Actress–Motion Picture" for her role in The Smashing Machine, the actress wowed us in her custom white Louis Vuitton gown (we can't wait for The Devil Wears Prada 2!).

“Emily’s look was all about glowing, lit-from-within skin with a touch of gloss on the high points of the face, paired with romantic pink hues on the eyes and cheeks," says celebrity makeup artist Jenn Streicher. "We completed the face with a gorgeous nude lip using Charlotte’s iconic Pillow Talk Matte Revolution Lipstick.” On the actress's skin, Streicher used Magic Serum Crystal Elixir and Charlotte’s Magic Water Cream.

For her hair, celebrity hairstylist Laini Reeves used Hair Rituel by Sisley Paris products to style her sleek updo, and locked it in place with the Invisible Hold Hairspray.

Emma Stone

"Emma is firmly in her bob era, and the goal for the Golden Globes was to honor that simplicity while keeping everything feeling fresh, modern and effortless," says celebrity hairstylist Mara Roszak. "Paired with a custom two-piece by Louis Vuitton, the hair needed natural movement—nothing stiff, nothing overworked."

Roszak prepped Stone's damp hair with ROZ Milk Hair Serum for lightweight heat protection, hydration and shine. "I blow-dried her hair using a small-to-medium boar-bristle round brush, creating a subtle bend with a tiny flip out. Around the front, I gently twisted the round brush to encourage soft, natural movement, keeping everything loose and modern. To set that bend, I lightly clipped the front sections as they cooled.

Once her hair was fully dry, I worked a small amount of Evergreen Styling Cream just through the ends to softly piece and define. I finished with Air Thickening Spray throughout for subtle definition and airy hold—giving the hair freedom to move while still feeling polished. The result was a bob that felt fresh, touchable and perfectly undone—modern, effortless and completely aligned with Emma’s current era."

For her striking makeup, celebrity makeup artist Nina Park used Louis Vuitton products, including LV Rouge Satin Lipstick in 106 Dune Explorer and LV Ombres Eyeshadow Palette in 150 Beige Memento.

Claire Danes

Nominated for her role in The Beast in Me, the actress shone bright with a beachy, textured, blonde lob (courtesy of celebrity hairstylist Peter Butler of BENJAMIN Salon) and glowing skin, highlighting her natural beauty."This look is inspired by the incredible Gap white T-shirt," says celebrity makeup artist Matin of the actress's sequined Zac Posen dress. "It reminded me of their Y2K ads with gorgeous people, including Claire. To honor that, I kept the skin glassy and glowy with minimal nude tones and nude and white shimmers reminiscent of that era. I enhanced her lash line and eye contour with a light stacking of Lashify lashes."

Hailee Steinfeld

The pregnant Sinners actress gave us a fresh take on Old Hollywood glamour as a presenter at tonight's award ceremony. Her vintage waves were created by celebrity hairstylist Andrew Fitzsimmons. “The film ‘Sinners’ is set in 1932, when hair was typically very flat, short and worn close to the head. I love the deep waves of the 1930s, but they were usually quite controlled and minimal. Hailee’s dress is so beautiful—very chic but also sexy—so I wanted to reference a 1930s wave while loosening it slightly. We kept it close to the head, but made it more relaxed with a deep side part.” After blowdrying her hair and applying his Body Volume Blow Dry Spray, Fitzsimmons installed BELLAMI Silk Seam Clip-In’s in shade Dark Honey Cocoa Highlight to add extra volume and dimension. Then he "curled everything toward the face [with the ghd Chronos Curve Classic Iron] and pinned the hair to cool in shape, because setting the wave is key to longevity. Brushing the curls into an S-wave is what gives that classic, cinematic finish, soft, sculpted and red-carpet ready."​

Teyana Taylor

Winner for "Best Supporting Actress–Motion Picture" for her role in One Battle After Another, Taylor's bold, confident look made a big statement. Celebrity makeup artist Bella Mayven did the actress's skin care and makeup using Charlotte Tilbury products. Our favorite part of the look? The sexy, exaggerated lip, which Mayven created using Lip Cheat in Foxy Brown and Big Lip Plumpgasm in Nudegasm Diamonds.

Sarah Snook

A nominee for "Best Performance by an Actress in a Mini-series or Motion Picture" for her role in All Her Fault, Snook was all smiles on the red carpet in her lace Patou gown, smooth blowout and radiant makeup. "To complement the look and emphasize Sarah's natural beauty, we decided on a smoky eye, glowing skin and a natural, berry lip," says celebrity makeup artist Mary Wiles, who prepped the actress's skin with G.M. Collin products, including the super hydrating Biocellulose Face Mask for a lit-from-within glow.

Leighton Meester

Accompanying her husband, nominee Adam Brody for Nobody Wants This, Meester is a vision on the red carpet, channeling her high-fashion, Blaire Waldorf style. For her hair, celebrity hairstylist Clariss Rubinstein says, “the bold metallic elements of Leighton’s Miu Miu gown called for a softer counterpoint, so the hair was kept feminine and romantic, striking the perfect balance of modern glamour and elegance.” After prepping the hair with Nexxus Volume Medium Hold Mousse to build body and movement, Rubinstein blowdried it smooth with a large round brush and then used a curling iron to add gentle texture and dimension. To give the hair a little grit and modern edge, she misted the new Nexxus Air Shape Texture Spray throughout. Then she twisted sections of small ponytails into a soft knot, leaving out wispy, undone pieces to frame the face.For her makeup, celebrity makeup artist Bethany McCarty "aimed to create a romantic, youthful and fresh glow. We focused on a soft but sultry eye, rosy cheeks, a pinky nude soft lip and always dewy skin!” Key products used: Beauty Pie's Wondercolour Longwear Cream Eyeshadow Stick in Miracoli, Supercheek Cream Blush in Fresh Faced and Velvety Matte Lip Crayon in Rummy Pink.

Renate Reinsve

Nominated for "Best Actress in a Motion Picture" for her role in Sentimental Value, Reinsve donned a custom strapless Louis Vuitton gown. The makeup inspiration for celebrity makeup artist Emily Cheng: "modern Cher-inspired eyes with soft definition and light-catching shimmer, set against clean, luminous, glowing skin and an effortless radiant glow." For the base, Cheng used the new Armani beauty Luminous Silk Hydrating Primer and Luminous Silk Foundation in Shade 5.3. For the hint of shine on her lips: Prisma Glass Lip Gloss in shade Nude Glow.
