Awards season may have officially wrapped, but we’re not quite ready to stop talking about Kate Hudson’s skin. All season long, the actress paired her retro red-carpet looks with a complexion so smooth and glowy it practically looked lit from within, even under full camera-ready makeup. Now we know one of the products behind it.

For the 2026 Actor Awards, Hudson’s makeup artist, Tonya Brewer, teamed up with Beauty Pie to create a ’60s-inspired look with “super glowy skin, lots of lash and a pop of peachy-pink on the cheeks.” Her secret weapon for prep? The brand’s Triple Hyaluronic Acid and Lipopeptide Serum ($58).

The lightweight formula combines plumping hyaluronic acid with soothing ceramides and anti-aging peptides, so skin gets a big drink of hydration while fine lines look softer over time. It also creates the kind of smooth, even base that keeps foundation from separating and concealer from creasing, which is exactly what a long night on the red carpet calls for. If anything, Hudson’s look was proof that the right skin prep can make makeup look better, not heavier.

Brewer layered the serum with Beauty Pie’s Triple Hyaluronic Acid Deep Moisture Miracle Cream ($58), then followed with the Wonderfilter Brightening Primer ($35) for that dewy, glass-skin finish.

Shoppers are just as smitten. One five-star reviewer, already on their second bottle, called the serum “even better than Botox,” adding that it “absorbs quickly” and “doesn’t feel sticky.” (To be clear, a topical serum isn’t a neurotoxin like Botox Cosmetic, Dysport or Xeomin, but we love the enthusiasm.) Another user noticed their skin looked “more hydrated and plump” after just a few weeks and said it’s easy to layer with other products.

Want Hudson’s glow for yourself? The Triple Hyaluronic Acid and Lipopeptide Serum is available now on Amazon and at beautypie.com.
