New Year, new ALO. The brand recently announced the relaunch of its digital platform, formerly known as ALO Moves, as ALO Wellness Club. The best part? It’s now free for all ALO Access Members. The initiative shows the brand is deeply committed to its mission of bringing mindful movement to all.
As someone who loves using ALO’s platform, I’m thrilled they’re expanding it to make it more accessible. The library offers ever-expanding classes that are refreshed monthly, so you’ll never get bored. As part of the refresh, ALO is introducing a special 7-Day Reset inspired by the rise of luxury wellness tourism. The program is created in partnership with Chenot Palace Weggis in Switzerland and is fronted by ALO ambassador Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. The special series helps bring the essence of the luxury retreat home. “It blends Pilates, mindful movement, science-informed self-care rituals and nourishing recipes designed to rebalance the body and mind.” Each day is anchored by a theme and features restorative practices like breathwork, aromatherapy and hydration rituals.
