During a recent episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, the mom of three was talking with sister Khloé Kardashian and friend Simon Gebrelul when Khloé mentioned that Kourtney is only 97 pounds. “Guess what? I gained a pound. I’m 98 [pounds],” Kourtney chimed in. “You know Mason is 62 [pounds]?” she added, revealing that she only weighs 36 pounds more than her 8-year-old son.

Standing at only five feet tall, Kourtney has been very open about her strict diet and exercise routine. Considering how toned she is, it’s clearly paying off.

Update January 31, 2018:

They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but if you’re Kourtney Kardashian, it’s what you do before breakfast that sets a healthy tone for the day. According to a new post on her website, Kardashian starts each day by taking a collagen supplement (on an empty stomach) followed by one tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar mixed in a glass of water 20 minutes later.

“Both of these habits have a ton of health benefits that affect everything from your skin to the way your body processes nutrients,” Kardashian writes in the post, adding that she also takes the apple cider vinegar mix—which is meant to aid weight loss—right before dinner, as well. Lastly, Kardashian takes a vegan probiotic shot right before dinner each night to aid in digestion. While these both seem like small changes to make to your diet regimen, Kourtney Kardashian claims they can make a big difference in your overall health. However, be sure to check with your doctor before adding any supplements like these to your daily routine.

One look at Kourtney Kardashian’s Instagram account and it’s easy to tell the oldest Kardashian is thriving. Every other image seems to be one of her vacationing all over the world and strutting around in high-end bikini, clearly in the best shape of her life. At 38 years old, Kardashian has a crazy-toned body, and according to the reality star, it’s taken months of strict dieting to get to the point that she’s at now.

According to a post on her app, Kardashian regularly veers away from all dairy, gluten and sugar, but when she’s “detoxing,” her diet gets even harsher. Her daily nutrition plan consists of three low-carb meals a day—meaning no grains, beans or legumes—that are also high in protein and fatty acids.

To start the day, Kourtney eats a creamy avocado pudding made from one avocado, a tablespoon of cane sugar, half a cup of milk (dairy-free, probably), and Manuka honey, Marie Claire reports.

Lunch and dinner, on the other hand, consist of fish or chicken with a side of cauliflower rice or broccoli. A handful of almonds are the only snack allowed throughout the day and after she eats dinner, Kardashian restricts herself from eating again for 14 to 16 hours—just in time for breakfast, People Magazine reports.

That’s not all, Kardashian does a 24-hour fast one day per week, drinking only water and bone broth to keep her full. “I’m not going to sugarcoat it, this detox is difficult,” she said, adding that she also values balance. “I also know that I need to enjoy my life, so I break the rules when I go on vacation or if there’s a special occasion.”
