Kate Hudson doesn’t want “negative seekers” to steal your energy. In a TikTok video shared Tuesday, April 16, the 44-year-old shared her philosophy about online trolls, and how to mentally combat their criticism. As she shared her hard-earned insights, she applied her makeup, starting with concealer. While fans were captivated by her profound words, they couldn’t help but be equally fascinated by the flawless finish of her skin-perfecting formula.

“OK…..that concealer?!?!?” a follower commented. That reply has since garnered nearly 500 likes and counting. In response, another viewer wrote: “Tower 28 Serum Concealer. It’s the best.”

The actress sure isn’t alone in deeming it among the best. The concealer has a nearly perfect five-star rating across the board. What makes it stand out from the pack is its ultra-lightweight serum texture, skin-like finish and sensitive-skin safe formulation.

Its ingredient list boasts hydrating hyaluronic acid, soothing cica extract, dark circle–banishing caffeine and antioxidant-rich green tea extract, among others.

Hudson’s message certainly resonated as much with her 1.7 million TikTok followers. Her message comes in the wake of criticism her brother, Oliver Hudson, has dealt with for discussing his complex relationship with their mother, Goldie Hawn.

“He was talking about how he’s afraid to say anything because he feels like things get picked up negatively … and I was like, ‘Who cares?’ And then I really started thinking about it. I’m like, people do care, actually,” the InBloom founder told viewers.

“It’s not nice when people take something out of context or they look at something you’re doing and they get all negative about it and they poke at it and they scrutinize it and they criticize it,” she continued.

Everyone can glean something valuable from Hudson’s message. She concluded, “That’s what I said to my brother today: It just doesn’t matter. No one really cares, and those who are writing all that stuff and it’s, like, loud and it feels bad … just remember what I’m saying. These are not people you’d hang out with. These aren’t people you’d break bread with. These aren’t people who will enrich your life—so just block ’em! Block ’em. Block, delete, bye.”

From what it sounds like, Hudson’s mental health and wellness take top priority. After all, this isn’t the first instance where she has emphasized the importance of self-care. In a January interview with NewBeauty, she discussed her commitment to self-reflection and how she prioritizes it in her life.

“I look at wins from the past year and things I could have done better or would like to do better,” said the mom of three. “It’s a great time to look inward and have a moment to reflect and be grateful. But, if there’s any kind of resolution I’d have, it would be to put my phone down and play more.”

What she means by “play?” We’ll let her explain: “I was watching my little little girl on the playground, and all these kids were doing this thing on the swing, where they put their tummy down and turn a bunch of times, and then lift their legs and just spin like crazy, and I was like, ‘I want to do that.’ In my mind I was just thinking ‘why don’t we do that?’ And then I went and I did it. It was so insane, and I laughed so hard. I made every adult at the park do it. We need to play more!”
