Nicknamed “The Body,” Heidi includes cardio, running and circuit training into her exercise routine and works out several times per week. “There are a lot of things you can do to stay in shape,” says Heidi. “You just have to find what works for you. I like to make my workouts fun and switch them up, too. And always find something cute to wear when you’re working out—it makes you feel good about yourself.”
