In White Lotus, Tanya McQuoid wished to experience a day as old-school Italian actress Monica Vitti, and it seems Jennifer Coolidge got to fulfill that wish on behalf of her beloved late character at the Golden Globes. The nominee and fan-favorite looks ready to win, boasting beautiful bouncy curls on the red carpet.

Celebrity stylist Janine Thompson perfectly framed Jennifer’s face with full-volume curls. She says the inspiration behind the look is “the sex appeal, mystery, and glamour of a 1950s Italian movie star.” Thompson employed Better Not Younger products, which are formulated specifically for aging hair.

Once Jennifer’s hair was dry Thompson brushed through her hair. Then she began to “form it into those classic curls we all associate with fun-loving, free-spirited Italian beauties. A rogue curl here, a sexy piece there.” Following the styling, Thompson used License To Curl Curl Revival Boost Spray ($35). She applied it to some of Jennifer’s ends that needed a bit of extra love.

After getting the curls into a perfectly tousled state, Thompson locked the look in place. She used Wake Up Call High Hold Thickening Hair Spray ($35). “You only need a bit to lock it all in, but keep that voluptuous, fluffy, sexy look,” says Thompson. “This glamorous style will be with Jen for all the magic that she’s made happen tonight.”
