It’s no secret that it takes hard work and serious determination to walk the Victoria's Secret show. However, we’re not always sure exactly what that hard work pre-runway entails. Luckily, Alessandra Ambrosio dished to the Coveteur and E! on her approach to working out and dieting before she walks for the 17th consecutive year.

Her first key is having fun while getting her cardio in. “I started working out with Tracy Anderson about a month ago, and I really love it,” she tells The Coveteur Apparently, she used to hate doing any cardio. So what’s the reason she loves doing this workout now? “It’s so good because they put the music on really loud. You just feel like you’re in the club dancing, pretty much, but I don’t have the energy to go to clubs and dance all night, so it’s nice to sweat and be healthy but do something that I love.” She explains that she’s so into the workout that she’ll spend and hour and half to two hours at the studio.
