You’ve probably heard of the SodaStream machine—it lets you create homemade sparkling water in seconds—but the brand’s newest concentrate to hit the market has the ability to turn your water into wine.

As NY Daily News reports, the limited-edition “Sparkling Gold” liquid concentrate closely resembles a riesling (a fruity white wine) and features 10 percent alcohol by volume. One part concentrate mixed with five parts sparkling water yields 12 glasses of the booze, and its taste is said to be legit. According to a release, market research in Germany reflected 76 percent of testers enjoyed the Sparkling Gold just as much as French brands Moet & Chardon and Veuve Clicquot.
