It feels like every week, celebrity manicurist Tom Bachik treats us to a fresh Instagram post (or two, maybe three if we’re lucky). As the go-to nail artist for A-listers like Selena Gomez, Heidi Klum, Jennifer Lopez, and Camila Cabello, Bachik isn’t just perfecting the nails of Hollywood’s elite—he’s also giving us regular folks plenty of manicure inspiration. His latest creation? A playful, unexpected twist for fall. While moody, muted tones might be your usual autumn go-to, Bachik is flipping the script with his latest creation: “pink-a-boo” nails—a fun and playful manicure idea for Halloween.
“For this nail look, I used a couple neons from @the_gelbottle_inc for an unexpected fall look,” Bachik wrote in the Instagram caption of his post. After prepping his client’s nails with Tweezerman tools and applying nail extensions, he started with the brand’s gel nail polish in the shade “Hot” as the pop of pink and sealed it with the opaque shade “Daisy” to hide the pink underneath, which made it so that the pink showed on the underside of the nail. He topped it all off with the vibrant “Neon” for the main manicure color and finished with the “Extreme Shine” top coat for a high-gloss finish.
