When Olivia Rodrigo took the Saturday Night Live stage last night for the first time, pulling double duty as both host and musical guest, her skin was doing the most—in the best way possible.
The secret? Two complexion products working together. Celebrity makeup artist Melissa Hernandez pressed the Lancôme Teint Idole Shape Stick ($46) through the T-zone—a multi-use foundation stick that instantly blurs for a soft, natural matte finish, melting into skin for a hydrating yet weightless feel. Then, around the perimeter, she applied the Lancôme Skin Idôle 3 Serum Supertint Skin Tint ($45)—a skin care–powered skin tint—for a luminous, breathable finish, creating contrast and natural dimension within the base.
"It was important for Olivia to feel like the most authentic version of herself, so we kept the skin really minimal and fresh, with just a touch of petal pink blush for a youthful pop," Hernandez said.

From there, Hernandez spot-concealed with the Teint Idole Ultra Wear Concealer ($32) and lightly set with the Teint Idole Ultra Wear Skin Refining Setting Powder ($45)—“just enough to lock everything in while maintaining glow.” Warmth came from a sweep of the Teint Idole Ultra Wear Skin Transforming Powder Bronzer ($45), and a custom petal pink flush—a mix of two Skin Idôle Juicy Liquid Blush shades and the Juicy Tubes Cheeks Highlighter ($25)—“pressed into the apples of the cheeks for a fresh, youthful effect.”
Eyes were soft and understated—a delicate baby wing, blended shadow, and two coats of Lash Idôle Curl Goddess Mascara ($30)—and lips were lined with Lip Idôle Lip Shaper ($25) in 33 and 53, then finished with a hydrating layer of Lip Idôle Squalane-12 Butterglow Hydrating Lip Balm ($32) in shade 36.
