As a top celebrity makeup artist, he’s picked up a lot of tips and tricks along the way. Some of which aren’t all that necessary for everyday use, while others are just pure genius.

When sharing some of his favorite drugstore picks, he spilled one of his favorite products to use on brows. And no, it’s not a brow product.
“I use hairspray on my client’s brows all the time,” he told People. This hair product is a great alternative to brow wax or gel to keep brow hairs in place.
His favorite of the hairsprays is the cult-classic L’Oréal Paris Elnett Hairspray ($13). “On myself, this is the only hairspray I can use that actually holds my hair without making it look completely crispy and helmet hard!”
We imagine it has the same natural-looking effect on the brows of A-list celebrities.
