Created by celebrity manicurist Thuy Nguyen, Joey King's vintage-inspired nail look at tonight's Critics Choice Awards married timeless glamour with a modern moment.
“Joey is a dream to be around," shares Nguyen. "We get to have the best conversations and the best time deciding what to do with her nails. Today we decided to lean towards a vintagey nail design with a little iridescent to compliment her MiuMiu dress.”
A conversation-starter for sure, the vintage nails relied on a full lineup of Aprés Nail products. "To get this look, I started with the color Maybe… and a thin layer of the Heavenly Top Coat in Divine. For the art, I used Birnam Wood," Nguyen says.
