An homage to fashion, a love story to New York City, a celebration of mature womenAnd Just Like That... is all those things and more. And now that Carrie Bradshaw has strutted her last tutu and the book is closed on the Sex and the Cityfranchise, we're taking a look back on the top beauty moments of the sequel series. From gorgeous face-framing waves to sultry smokey eyes, these are the best beauty looks of And Just Like That...

What Makes the Makeup

As a celebration of the SAIC women, And Just Like That...'s approach to beauty was about centering and enhancing the stars without trying to make them look younger. The show's makeup department head, Sherri Laurence previously told Bustle that “the goal was to appreciate where they are now. We weren’t trying to make them look 20,” she says.

Each star works with their own personal makeup artist, who ultimately create the looks that ended up on screen. And if you're after her elevated glow, Sara Jessica Parker's makeup artist, Elaine Offers Woulard, shared the exact products used to create Carrie Bradshaw's looks. The trick is those multi-dimensional blushes, creating a natural but elegant flush.

The Best Looks from 'And Just Like That'

‘And Just Like That…’ Beauty Looks That Stole the Show

"When in Rome"

The Look: Carrie's Face-Framing Updo and Smokey Eye Sarah Jessica Parker's classic smokey eye is refined and simple, making her blue eyes look incredible. Her casual-but-perfect updo draws the eye to her striking gaze, and those face-framing blond curls feel so luxe.

"No Strings Attached"

The Look: Charlotte's Tennis-Core Pony This whole look screams playing tennis in the Hamptons before late brunch. We don't get too many glimpses of Charlotte with her hair up, and every time it's a reminder of how upscale and elegant a simple ponytail can look.

"Met Cute"

The Look: Carrie's Met Hair Architectural, interesting and definitely Carrie, this look doesn't just repurpose her (failed) wedding dress, but also showcases her maturity and evolution.

"February 14th"

The Look: Carrie's Date Night Look Obviously Carrie's look to reunite with Aiden had to be a stunner, and these glossy, face-framing waves are up to the task. Her signature makeup look is ever-so-slightly pared back for a refreshed look that matches her floral hooded cape and the butterflies in her stomach.

"The Lat Supper Part Two: Entrée"

The Look: Miranda's Coif Known for her ginger super-short bob, (though we weren't opposed to her going gray either!), this look stands out for the off-the-forehead volume that gives Miranda a modern, elegant vibe.

"Outlook Good"

The Look: Seema's Bombshell Bedhead Is there anything more sensual than a high-powered woman with her hair down? Seema's almost regal elegance is highlighted here by a gorgeous blowout, tousled for that undone feeling.

"Present Tense"

The Look: Lisa's Red Lip This blue-red lip absolutely stuns on Nicole Ari Parker, and combined with the reserved eye and brow look, it takes on a classic Hollywood starlet vibe.

"Better Than Sex"

The Look: Carrie's Homage Hair If you're not in the loop, one of the biggest gripes viewers had with And Just Like That... was about Carrie's hair being a little too perfect. That's corrected here with this gorgeous homage to her big '90s waves, where volume and highlights do all the talking.

"Party of One"

The Look: Carrie's Finale Saying goodbye to Carrie Bradshaw feels a bit like a dream, and Sarah Jessica Parker certainly looked like a dream in her last on-screen look in the role. From the deep side part accentuated by that pink velvet headband to a rosy, uplifting makeup look, this is a perfectly Carrie look to walk out on.
