The only thing as good as a fresh-baked loaf of sourdough is the smell. Not a big baker? Understandable—sourdough takes patience and practice (just ask Taylor Swift, who has perfected her now much-coveted loaves). But there’s good news: Even if you’re not baking your own, Bath & Body Works is making it possible to smell like you did.
For its spring collection, the brand has released a 3-Wick Candle in Homemade Sourdough ($25), with notes of freshly baked bread, olive oil drizzle and whipped butter. Whether a nod to your own baking era or simply a scent that makes it seem like you’ve been busy in the kitchen, the launch arrives as sourdough—and all things baking—continue to trend across social media.

But the new spring collection has more than just this one candle—it also includes fellow springtime scents Spring Apple ($25) and Carrot & Nectarine ($25). Continuing the theme of slow living and homesteading—two trends that continue to rise as people look for ways to unwind—other products draw inspiration from time spent in the garden. Elsewhere in the home fragrance category, the Beet 3-Wick Pedestal ($30) and Veggie Wallflower Fragrance Plug ($17) add a fresh, unexpected touch to the room.
Meanwhile, a new scent, Carrot Charm, joins the body care category, coming in Body Wash ($16), Body Lotion ($16) and more. The bright, cheerful scent includes notes of sugared musk, orange carrot and juicy nectarine. It’s joined by Off the Vine, the seasonal fan-favorite tomato scent returning by popular demand. Like Carrot Charm, Off the Vine is available in similar formats, including Body Wash ($16) and Body Lotion ($16).
It doesn’t stop in the garden or kitchen: Bath & Body Works is also leaning into another major trend—matcha. For those craving a strawberry matcha moment, the brand’s Morning Matcha Gentle Foaming Hand Soap ($8) has notes of creamy cold foam, fresh matcha and sweet strawberry syrup. Safe to say, the craving is real.
