There’s something so refreshing about a clean, classic nude nail in the wave of bold, bright and graphic nail art. We thought Sienna Miller’s nails screamed pretty, feminine and the epitome of the perfect manicure. That’s why we went straight to the source, celebrity manicurist Jenna Hipp, to get the details on how she created this full coverage nude nail.
“We tried a lot of options and brands before deciding to layer product in order to achieve the perfect color,” Hipp says. “Using Chanel Beige ($27) as my base for Sienna’s nails, I added a sheer pink (that I’m developing for my own brand that’s launching later this year). This blends the shade into her skin tone for a flawless finish.”
Hipp also made sure that Sienna’s hands were well moisturized. “We used Odecite Winter In Paris ($149) rose hip oil and applied in in upward motions with a foundation brush.” To remove any redness in her hands, Charlotte Tilbury’s Supermodel Body Highlighting Cream ($65) was mixed with Tarte Cosmetics Clay foundation ($38).
The final look: sheer sophistication and perfection in our book.
