The long-awaited live-action adaptation of Disney’s Snow White is almost here, finally hitting theaters this week on March 21. To mark the occasion, the film’s stars—Rachel Zegler included, of course (she is Snow White, after all!)—stepped out for the world premiere at El Capitan Theatre in Los Angeles on Saturday, March 15. Her entire look exuded regal elegance, but it was her manicure that truly sealed the fairytale moment.
For the occasion, Zegler dazzled in a strapless pink Christian Dior gown featuring a corseted bodice adorned with floral appliqué detailing, a belted drop waist and a voluminous skirt fit for royalty. She completed the princess-worthy look with Chopard jewels, a regal updo and a perfectly coordinated manicure by celebrity manicurist Tom Bachik. Their polish of choice for the occasion? Aprés Gel Couleur N05 Spring Sigh ($15), a sheer, buildable pink.
Just as he usually does, Bachik took to Instagram to break down the steps behind his client’s red carpet manicure. “I always start with my @tweezerman x Tom Bachik Ultimate Nail Care Set. The nail base is always the most important foundation!” Bachik captioned his post. To add length, he “softened the shape of the “@apresnailofficial Gel X Natural Short Coffin Tips” before finishing with the delicate pink hue.
