Whether she’s playing Regina George or Allie Hamilton or just stepping onto a red carpet as her gorgeous self, we all picture McAdams the same way: blonde. At the opening night for the star-studded Broadway play Enemy of the People, McAdams took to the carpet wearing an all-navy ensemble, but the star of the look was her brunette strands.

The star’s hair is now fully brunette, but still maintains some lighter strands, adding dimension and movement to the look. Is “candlelit brunette” the color of the spring? According to Rachel, the answer is yes.
