Forget the debate on if she smiles or not, and throw anything that might suggest Victoria Beckham takes herself too seriously out the window. As proven today, the fashion mogul and former Spice Girl has a really good sense of humor—and equally excellent barometer for what makes a good lipstick—as she introduces the world to the cheekily named Posh Lipstick ($38), the latest addition to the Victoria Beckham Beauty portfolio.

“I am excited to celebrate Posh with the launch of Posh Lipstick,” Beckham said in a release. “It is deeply personal for me, because lipstick has always given me confidence when I needed it and extra spice when I already had it. Each shade is inspired by a specific memory, and whilst the moments may have been my own, the energy and emotion is shared by us all.”

The buttery-textured, vegan formulas—there are currently nine shades that include a variety of nudes, pinks, plums and a poppy cherry red—are, as the company describes, “clean without compromise,” with a blend of natural oils, antioxidants, botanical waxes and plant-based extracts, including rose flower, pomegranate jojoba, rosehip, coconut and avocado oils. The combination makes for rich, hydrating care-for-your-lips color, coupled with a hint of shine, that’s energetically VB-approved.

“I just love the way a polished lip completes a look,” Beckham said. “A lipstick collection was on the agenda from day one and we’ve spent this time creating the perfect formula and shades. I knew that I wanted something with a soft, buttery texture that looks great with just one swipe. Posh is luxe on your lips, feels great in your palm and looks beautiful coming out of your handbag.”
