Everyone knows Milan is one of the fashion capitals of the world, so when it comes to fashion week in the bustling Italian city, all eyes are on the runway to catch a glimpse of what’s in style. Though the fashion collections from the week were as eye-catching as always, the beauty looks that accompanied spring 2023 ensembles were not to be overlooked. Here’s a glimpse at the makeup and hair looks that rocked the Italian runway and are sure to be popping up on the streets in no time.
Fierce Flicked Liner
Anything Pat McGrath is loving, we love too. Now, thanks to his makeup curation for the Dolce & Gabana spring 2023 collection, the latest obsession we’re getting behind is sleek, exaggerated eyeliner. Glitz and Grunge
Word has been circulating for a while now that all that’s grunge is new again, and the models at Fendi’s spring 2023 show confirmed that the 90s makeup look is in fact back and better than ever. With tousled, textured hair by the notorious hairstylist, Guido, and shimmery, minimal makeup by Peter Philips, the models not only graced the runway with Fendi’s latest styles, but also showed us all that this low-key, edgy look is something to try.
“Reverse Highlight”

Whether the models on the runway in Milan were sporting bold, eccentric eye makeup or sporting a more relaxed, blast-from-the-past inspired ‘do, we only have one word for these fashion week creations: bellissima
