Tubing mascara changed the way we remove eye makeup. Now, Tarte is bringing the same warm-water removal technology to eyeliner with its new Tartelette Quick Stick Tubing Liquid Liner ($24).
The new liquid liner glides on smoothly and removes just as easily: warm water is all you need. Like the brand’s fan-favorite Tartelette Tubing Mascara ($28), the liner is designed to slide off in tiny tubes, helping eliminate the smudgy, raccoon-eye aftermath that can come with traditional formulas. The tubing technology wraps along the lash line and flexes with every blink, helping prevent cracking, flaking and transfer throughout the day.
The liner features a flexible, angled felt tip for precise application without tugging on delicate eyelid skin. Just shake, swipe along the lash line and let it dry for a few moments. Once it sets, it’s designed to stay put all day, feel comfortable and rinse away without the usual scrubbing. For the full tubing effect, pair it with Tartelette Tubing Primer ($28) before finishing with the matching mascara.
As with many makeup launches lately, Tartelette Quick Stick Tubing Liquid Liner also includes skin-care-inspired ingredients. Biotin, hyaluronic acid and ceramides help support the skin and lashes, giving the everyday liner step a little extra appeal.
The liner also made a buzzy debut in the gift bags for Summer House star Jesse Solomon’s birthday party, giving it an early celebrity-adjacent stamp of approval. Tartelette Quick Stick Tubing Liquid Liner is available at Sephora now.
