In part two of the Keeping Up With The Kardashians reunion, aired Sunday, the famed sisters got real about long-standing rumors, societal beauty standards and life lessons, but 36-year-old Khloé also spoke out on her decision to go under the knife, confirming she has gotten a rhinoplasty.

During the show, host Andy Cohen asked Khloé to address one false thing that’s constantly written about her. In response, she says, “Everyone says, ‘oh my gosh she’s has her third face transplant,’ but I’ve had one nose job—[with] Dr. Raj Kanodia—and everyone gets so upset, like why don’t I talk about it? No one’s ever asked me. You’re the first person in an interview that’s ever asked me about my nose. I’ve done, sure, injections. Not really Botox. I’ve responded horribly to Botox.”

Khloé also says that she was very secure prior to filming. “Before the show started, I was very secure and then during the first couple seasons, I became insecure because of the public opinions of myself. Then, I had a good run, I think, of being secure and I think recently I’ve become insecure again. So, I guess it just goes, you know, up and down.”

Khloé wasn’t the only sister to speak out on beauty standards and plastic surgery during the reunion. When Cohen asked Kylie if her lip insecurities were what influenced her to start her brand, Kylie Cosmetics, she says, “For sure. I think my love for makeup started with my insecurity with my lips. I had really small lips and I didn’t ever think about it until I had one of my first kisses and a guy said, ‘oh my gosh you’re such a good kisser but you have such small lips’ or something like that,” she explains, adding that she felt the most confident when she would over-line her lips with lip liner.

Cohen also asked Kim if she thinks the family has promoted unrealistic body standards. In response, she answered, “No, I don’t. Because I think we get up, we do the work, we work out.” Since airing, this comment has received its fair share of backlash.

Despite the rumors and the drama behind KUWTK, the family shared what they’ve learned from the past 20 seasons at the close of the reunion. The common thread between their answers: While viewers and followers may have their accusations about them, the sisters are extremely lucky to have had this experience and, most importantly, each other.
