She may be best-known for playing Sloan in HBO’s Entourage, but for 46-year-old Emmanuelle Chriqui—she can currently be seen in Superman & Lois—life these days is a bit more easy-going.

Wellness to me is cultivating good, empowering habits that make you feel good from the inside out. It’s a combination of mental, spiritual and physical. When these things are aligned for me, I feel my absolute best. When one is off, it affects everything else.”

Morning Rush

“I am a very regimented person. I start every single day with TM (transcendental meditation). If I have a 5 a.m. call time, I will wake up 30 minutes earlier to get it in—it’s been a game-changer for me. It clears the cobwebs and makes me feel grounded and present. Usually, that’s followed by a hike or Pilates class and a green juice or smoothie. And ALWAYS a coffee!”

“To be honest, my routine hasn’t changed that much in the last five years or more! Only that I try to be in nature much more, and I have been reading before bed more than ever.”
